How do I return an item?
Return
Policy
If you are not
satisfied with your Oil Ragz Clothing purchase, we have a couple of options for
you to select from.
1) You
may return the product/s purchased within (5) five days of your receipt for a
refund, If: 1) the item was an incorrect shipping error on Oil Ragz Clothing
part, or 2) If the garments were defective by the manufacturer. NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS
will apply.
NOTE: If the product returned shows signs of
being washed or worn, Oil Ragz Clothing, at its exclusive and sole discretion,
can and will deny your return and NOT refund your money, and re-send you your
original garment, and charge you for a second shipment of the garment.
2) If
an item you receive is damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact
and notify Oil Ragz Clothing customer service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from
us, or items you did not order, but received from us, will quality for a full
refund. Refunds are contingent
upon inspection of items once Oil Ragz Clothing receives it. Customer is responsible for all
shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
NOTE:
PLEASE check your garments and products
thoroughly upon receipt and notify us immediately (within five days of receipt)
of any issues or concerns.
3) If
your product is deemed returnable by our customer service department, you can
exchange your purchased item(s) by requesting a replacement item during the
return process.
NOTE:
that fulfilling an exchange request is subject to inventory availability at the
time your return is received and processed. To ensure the availability of your
desired replacement item(s), you may wish to submit a new purchase, rather than
requesting an exchange during the return process. All exchanges will involve
the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new purchase order;
therefore, you will see two transactions on your credit or debit card
statement.
Please
Note: Oil Ragz Clothing is a small family company
trying to provide a quality product at a fair price, and as such, we will not
tolerate customer abuse in wearing our products and then returning them at a
later date for exchanges or refunds.
This action is devastating to small companies, and we look forward to
your support in this manner.
4) Before
returning any purchased merchandise to Oil Ragz Clothing, you are required to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer
service department. Returns without a RMA number attached on the package will
not be accepted; we will not be responsible for losses of any kind. Please call

for a RMA number.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable merchandise returned
due to the customers' error or change-of-mind are subjected to 20% restocking
fee, in addition to freight charges.
5) Most
returns are processed within 1 business week, (which is predicated on current
inventory levels) once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and
properly check for damages, or from being washed or worn.
6)
It is customer's
responsibility to send the merchandise back to us as it was shipped, which
includes all complete and original paperwork and hangtags.
NOTE:
Please make copies of all your original purchasing paperwork prior to
sending it back to Oil Ragz Clothing.
Oil Ragz Clothing will
only pay for return shipping for mishandled merchandise (wrong item shipped).
For other types of returns, customer will need to pay for return shipping
freight.

Closeout items and Special Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All
sales are final on these items, no exceptions.
